Defining and implementing a new brand positioning, including kicking of the change process, cleaning up the legacy trademark situation and defining a new market positioning.

Creating the basis for the Corporate pricing project. Building a new factory in China. Exploring for local production and M&A in Russia.

Setting up distribution; Leading first the Asian and later the European team, entry in China and India. Achieving high growth figures for DSM. Negotiation, connecting, networking. Designing the logistical part of the new corporate SAP system.
